These Terms of Sale govern the purchase conditions for premium subscriptions in the Pliable application.
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
3. Payment and Renewal
Subscriptions are:
- Charged via the user's Apple account
- Automatically renewed unless cancelled
4. Cancellation
The user can manage or cancel their subscription directly from their Apple account settings.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content immediately accessible after payment.
6. Refund
Any refund request must be made to Apple.
